Meet Angela Smith

Angela Smith has been married to her high school sweetheart for 14 years and has been blessed with three children ages 8, 5 and 3. She describes herself as “a child of God desperately pursuing Him and His purpose for my life.”

Angela has dreamed of being a full-time writer since childhood. While she awaits God’s perfect timing for this she blogs, journals and works full time as a Financial Analyst for a software company. She has also started homeschooling 2 of her 3 children and is active with a local home-school co-op, whose goal is to raise up their children as modern day Daniels (excellence in academics, lifestyle of prayer and fasting, running with excellent comrades).

In prior years, her goal for writing was to make money to support her family and possibly obtain fame. She now seeks to use her talents to glorify the Lord, in whatever form that may take. Her desire is to be transparent in her writing in such a way that others can relate to her experiences and struggles while drawing closer to the Heart of God.
