Time to Pray

716045_handsHe said: "Son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place for the soles of my feet." — Ezekiel 43:7a

Lord, we yearn for You to walk among us. We yearn to see your glory and your greatness. We long to be the garden where You may place the soles of your feet and reside in your throne. Create in each of us the Garden of Eden You intended from the beginning.

Lord, we place ourselves and our unbelieving loved ones on the steps of your throne. We ask for mercy for these dear ones, for their hearts of stone to be changed to hearts of flesh, and for perseverance in the waiting. Cleanse us from all unrighteousness and fill us to overflowing with your Holy Spirit. Enable us to be the wives and husbands You need us to be right now. Help us to be the embodiment of Christ in our homes.

Father, where there is need, please supply it. Where there is pain, please comfort and heal. Where there is sin, reveal and forgive. Help us to bare our hearts to You so that nothing dwelling in the darkness can discredit our testimony or become a weapon used against us by the enemy.

You are all we need, Lord. You are everything to us. Help us to keep our eyes and hearts focused completely on You. Lord Jesus, You died for us so that we may live abundantly in and through You, in service and obedience to You. Help us to walk in this great gift as effective Christians. Protect us and our loved ones from the enemy and show us how to pray for our spouses.

Walk among us, Lord. Let us worship at your feet. We praise You, Lord, and love you so very much. Reveal your greatness to our unbelieving spouses and claim their hearts completely. Help them to love You with all their hearts, souls, minds and strength.

And we stand in awe of your glory, Lord. We thank you for hearing our prayers and working to bring the the lost to You. Show us how to join You in this most important work.

In Christ's Holy, Precious, and Saving Name,
Amen

Praying with you,
Dineen
